Welcome! Hello!  HOLA!

The 2008 - 2009 school year is my SEVENTH year teaching here in Covert.  I love it here and have come to think of Covert as my home away from home.  I take great pride in watching my young students learn, grow and change.  Kindergartens in the fall are very different from kindergarteners the following spring!  I firmly believe in RESPECT and will always treat every child with respect, as I expect it in return.

I live in Grand Junction with my husband Jason.  We love to hike, camp, canoe and snowshoe, which we do on our chunk of property.  I went to Western Michigan University for my undergraduate degree, finishing in April 2002.  I also attended Western for my Early Childhood Master's degree, which I finished in April 2008.

Kindergarten is an amazing time in a child (and parent's) life.  I am here to support you in any way I can as we together transition your child into his/ her academic career.
