Registration and Assistance

If you wish to enroll your child, please contact the Child Care for an Enrollment Form.
To apply for state assistance, visit the Family Independence Agency in Hartford, Michigan. You may call them at 269-621-2800 and ask the receptionist to send you a child care form. Once your authorized supplement begins, you will be responsible for any unpaid balance.

Pre-Kindergarten Program

Pre-Kindergarten is a free program for 4 years olds funded by the Michigan Department of Education for children who meet the eligibility requirements.

Fee Structure and Rates

Fee Structure:

• Funding is available to those who qualify
• Ten-percent (10%) discount for Payroll Employees
• Twenty-percent (20%) discount for Second Child
• The following documents are required before enrolling your child into Covert Child Care:
  • A copy of the original state sealed birth certificate
  • A current shot record
  • A current physical

Rates (Payable In Advance):

Five-hours (5 hours) or more is considered a full day.

After 6:00 PM:

Two-dollars ($2) for each additional five-minutes.
